Terms & Conditions

Payment:

• Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order or Cashiers Check.  Charges will appear on your credit card bill from "KC Auto".

Products:

• All products we sell are new unless otherwise specified. 

Returns:

• All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, all return items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization  number, RMA number can be requested within 14 days of receipt of product, RMA number can be requested only by email at  sales@gforceautosports.com  That number should be visible on the outside of the return box.   We can not accept returns on special order parts or PIAA light bulbs. All returns without RMA number will be refused, all returns must be in original packaging with all original hardware and manuals and never been installed or modified,  any refused or undeliverable shipment sent back to G-Force Autosports does not constitute the right to a refund or credit

• The buyer is responsible to ensure that the purchased product is compatible and will fit his or her vehicle, returns will not be accepted for incompatibility, color and size reason.

• If the return meets our Return Policy we will refund the full amount of the product minus the restocking fee and G-Force Autosports actual cost of shipping, the credit will show on your credit card statement within 30 days.

• Items returned in poor condition or have missing parts will NOT be credited & may be returned to you at your expense.  No returns will be accepted on painted merchandise.

• Some products may differs slightly than what is pictured on the web page, we will not accept any returns if the product doesn't match the official picture listed on our web page.

Shipping:

• Free shipping is for the Contiguous USA only.  Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses can be seen in the shopping cart. 

• International shipments:  Customer is responsible for all customs and taxes due upon delivery.  All custom forms will be included with shipment and will reflect actual purchase price of item.  We will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• Items will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, unless specified in product description.
